Route: Right out of car park - end of village bear Left and them TR down Beacon Alley, Chale Green TR towards Kingston - TL towards Shorwell - MRAb TL towards Brighstone - Brook - Shalcombe - TJ - TL towards Freshwater - after a mile or 2 take a right turn - TJ - TL onto Forest Road and into Yarmouth - TR into the square and Gossips

Sunday 20th November Run
Sorry the write up is late, unfortunately I was involved in an accident on the Harley on my way home. I was travelling along the A3056 (St, Georges Way - Blackwater Road). A side road (my right hand side) Shide Road joins the Blackwater Road at National Tyres.

At this junction the Kia Ceed turned right onto the A3056 in front of me, I braked hard to miss the back of the Kia; my motorcycle skidded and went down throwing me off the bike which slid away in front of me, coming to rest before hitting the Kia.
I ended up with 2 fractured ribs and an internal chest bleed. The driver of the car admitted fault and is being prosecuted. Unfortunately the Harley is likely to be written off. I am ok, but next month Dec there will be no ride out, and if I feel ok we are planning a New Years Day mainland run to Compton Abbus Airport and the end of Cranbourne Chase, keep an eye on the site as I will advertise it.

Back to the run, 27 bikes joined us, the weather was warm and dry, unfortunately due to a misunderstanding the group got split-up leaving Godshill, although it did not matter we all got to Yarmouth and enjoyed drinks and cakes. My thanks to Tail End Charlie, Richard.
