Brading Roman Villa Route: Right out of Car Park - Blackwater TJ - TR towards Sandown - bear left to Hare and Hounds TLights - TR over the Downs to Small Brook - right at roundabout - Westridge TLights straight over - TJ - TR to Nettlestone - St Helens at the end of the village green MRabt - TL towards Bembridge - follow oneway system taking LT towards forelands - MRabt - TL past Whiteclff Bay Holiday Park - past the Propeller Inn - past Culver Turn - MRabt straight over to Yarbridge Traffic Lights - TL and then follow the Brown Sign turning Right and sharp Left into the Roman Villa.

Sunday 15th Jan run to Brading Roman Villa: Before I start I would like to thank everyone who has voiced support and concern since my accident last November, also thanks for the welcome on Sunday. What a bitter day but that didn't stop 18 bikes joining the first run of 2012. This particular run has some challenging twists and turns, the sun was shining but very low which makes riding west difficult, most of the route was east and South. The cold wind was especially noticeable at the Villa because the landscape is so open to the sea and Culver. From my point of view it was good to be out and about on the bike, and to see so many friends again.
