Brading Roman Villa Run Sunday 17th February. Considering the time of year, and apart from the cold, it was a near perfect day for riding. 20 Bikes joined the run, which together with pillions, made the group around 26 strong. The route took us through Havenstreet, Nettlestone, Bembridge, Culver, Yaverland and through Sandown to the Villa. It could have been a Sunday in May accept the countryside looked wintery, although there were a few splashes of colour from the early flowers and plants. We all enjoyed a very pleasent end of the run chat in the cafe at The Roman Villa, who always make the group welcome.
