Sunday 21th AUGUST FORT VICTORIA
Route: TR out of the car park, just through the village TL - TR Beacon Alley - XRds straight over - Chale Green - Chale - TJ - TR on to the Military Road - after a few miles TR to Brighstone - TJ - TL towards Mottistone and Brook - TJ - TR towards Chessel Pottery - TJ - TL towards Freshwater - after a few miles TR over the Causeway past the Red Lion TR - TJ - TR towards Yarmouth taking the Left Turn to Fort Victoria.

Sunday 21st August run to Fort Victoria. Quite a nice afternoon, looked cloudy but stayed fine. 21 bikes joined us this month which together with around 8 pillions gave us 29 people enjoying a motorcycle ride across the Island to Yarmouth. Godshill car park was as busy as ever, and I think every Sunday motorist, hippy van and tractors with trailers were also going to West Wight this afternoon, oh, and a good selection to cyclists as well, still, we were in no hurry, the sun was warm the wind was light and the countryside looked great. The outside area at the café at Fort Victoria is a great place to sit with refreshments and watch the boats go by. Thanks to Richard Tail End Charlie and we look forward to seeing you next month.
